Program Description

The Master's Program in Management and Organization aims to equip those currently working or aspiring to work in the private and public sectors with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective managers. As a result, our candidates will be able to view events in the increasingly competitive business world from a holistic perspective, develop analytical and critical thinking skills, formulate strategies in response to sectoral developments, make quick decisions and implement them during crises, and thus acquire managerial competencies. At the same time, they will be able to understand and apply the functions of business management, such as planning, organizing, executing, coordinating, and controlling, analyze how behaviors of employees in businesses are formed and changed, and achieve their career goals in business life more easily.

 

Program Structure

The non-thesis master's program in Management and Organization consists of 10 courses and a term project totaling 30 credits. The term project is credit-free and graded as either successful or unsuccessful. The duration of the non-thesis master's program is a minimum of two and a maximum of three semesters. The scientific preparation program is not taken into account in the calculation of the duration. Semesters in which the student does not register are included in the maximum duration.

 

Management and Organization Special Application Requires

Required documents for enrollment in non-thesis master's programs:

Notarized copy of bachelor's degree or graduation certificate obtained from e-Government

Original or notarized copy of bachelor's transcript (documents obtained from e-Government are accepted)

Original and photocopy of identity card

For male applicants: a recent Military Service Status Certificate (documents obtained from e-Government are accepted.)
