Program Description

Human resource management is a very important function in every organization. Without human resource management, institutions and organizations cannot effectively recruit and retain employees, improve and develop the organization, or maintain an effective and functional workplace culture and environment. The role of human resources practices is to manage people in the workplace in order to fulfill the organization's mission and strengthen its culture. When done effectively, HR managers can hire new professionals with the skills necessary to achieve the company's goals, as well as assist in the training and development of existing employees. Human resources units play an important role in maintaining the competitive strength and sustainability of organizations. The proposed Master's Program in Human Resources Management will contribute to the training of specialized personnel and managers in the field of human resources and will provide an opportunity for those who wish to develop themselves in this field.

Program Structure

The Master's Program in Human Resources Management consists of a total of 30 credits, including 10 courses and a term project. The term project is not credited and is graded as either successful or unsuccessful. The duration of the non-thesis master's program is a minimum of two and a maximum of three semesters. The scientific preparation program is not considered in the calculation of the duration. Semesters in which the student is not enrolled are included in the maximum duration.

Required documents for enrollment in non-thesis master's programs:

Notarized copy of bachelor's degree or graduation certificate obtained from e-Government

Original or notarized copy of bachelor's transcript (documents obtained from e-Government are accepted)

Original and photocopy of identity card

For male applicants: a recent Military Service Status Certificate (documents obtained from e-Government are accepted.)
