Program Description:

In today's rapidly changing business world, employees are an organization's most valuable resource. Analyzing human value at the highest level and understanding how internal behavior affects other managerial and organizational structures within the workplace will increase overall organizational efficiency. In this context, selecting and placing the right human resources, developing them, and evaluating their performance are among the most important keys to organizational effectiveness and success. Increasing productivity and efficiency in organizational life can be achieved by ensuring that employees are highly motivated, feel well-being, and have a strong sense of belonging to the organization.

At this point, within the framework of university-business cooperation, the Organizational Psychology Non-Thesis Master's Program is suitable for young people who are new to the business world and want to work in people-oriented departments within organizations, human resources & training department employees who want to add new competencies to their work experience, and individuals working in management positions who wish to add human-centered thinking skills to their technical expertise.

Program Structure:

The Organizational Psychology Non-Thesis Master's Program consists of 10 courses totaling 30 credits and a term project. The term project is not credited and is graded as either successful or unsuccessful. The duration of the non-thesis master's program is a minimum of two and a maximum of three semesters. The duration does not include the scientific preparation program. Semesters in which the student is not enrolled are included in the maximum duration.

A four-year bachelor's degree is required.
