Program Description
The non-thesis master's program in private law is designed for lawyers who wish to gain knowledge beyond their undergraduate studies in fields related to private law and keep abreast of innovations in their profession, without pursuing an academic career. Participants will be able to develop themselves by conducting research in fields such as Civil Law, Contract Law, Land Trade Law, Maritime Trade Law, Labor Law, Trademark and Patent Law, Insurance Law, Procedural Law, among others, based on their professional experience and the sector in which they work.
The Master's Program in Private Law without a thesis is designed for those who wish to pursue a career as a lawyer, judge, prosecutor, legal advisor, or administrative officer at various levels of the government, where it is extremely important to keep abreast of the constantly evolving and changing international and national legal science and legal system. The program aims to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills in this context.
Program Structure
The Master's Program in Private Law consists of a total of 30 credits, including 10 courses and a term project. The term project is not credited and is graded as either successful or unsuccessful. The duration of the non-thesis master's program is a minimum of two and a maximum of three semesters. The duration of the scientific preparation program is not taken into account in the calculation of the duration. Semesters in which the student is not enrolled are included in the maximum duration.

A bachelor's degree from a four-year law school.
