Program Description:
In today's rapidly changing business world, employees are an organization's most valuable resource. Analyzing human value at the highest level and understanding how internal behavior affects other managerial and organizational structures within the workplace will increase overall organizational efficiency. In this context, selecting and placing the right human resources, developing them, and evaluating their performance are among the most important keys to organizational effectiveness and success. Increasing productivity and efficiency in organizational life can be achieved by ensuring that employees are highly motivated, feel well-being, and have a strong sense of belonging to the organization.
At this point, within the framework of university-business cooperation, the Organizational Psychology Thesis Master's Program is suitable for young people who are new to the business world and want to work in people-oriented departments within organizations, human resources & training department employees who want to add new competencies to their work experience, and individuals working in management positions who wish to add human-centered thinking skills to their technical expertise.
Program Structure:
Organizational Psychology Thesis Master's Program consists of a total of 21 credits, 7 courses, a seminar course, and a thesis. The seminar course and thesis are not credited and are graded as either successful or unsuccessful. The duration of the thesis-based master's program is a minimum of four and a maximum of six semesters. The scientific preparation program is not taken into account in the calculation of the duration. Semesters in which the student is not enrolled are included in the maximum duration.
Organizational Psychology Special Application Requires
As stipulated in Article 5 of the Istanbul Gedik University Graduate Education and Teaching Regulations, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree from a higher education institution.

Documents required for enrollment in thesis-based master’s programs:
A notarized copy of the bachelor’s degree diploma or a graduation certificate obtained from e-Government
The original or a notarized copy of the bachelor’s transcript (documents obtained from e-Government are accepted)
ALES exam result (Must include the Result Verification Code, cover the past 5 years as of the application date, and show a score of 55 or higher in the relevant score category.)
Original and a copy of the ID card
For male applicants: A recent Military Service Status Certificate (Documents obtained from e-Government are accepted.)
